Masum began his career at Mascom Composite Ltd, where he gained hands-on expertise as a Production Officer in knitting, dyeing, and finishing. This foundational role paved the way for his entry into the world of sales and marketing, where he led the Textile Engineering group, focusing on processing and processing accessories with A.T.E. Technologies (Bangladesh) Private Ltd. From there, Masum continued to excel as Manager of Sales and Marketing for Pacific Associates Ltd’s Textile Division, further building his reputation as an industry expert.

With his wealth of knowledge and strong industry network, he went on to serve as the Country Manager for MS Printing Solutions Srl (a Dover company). In this role, Masum established himself as a leader in advancing innovative printing solutions for the textile sector. He later joined MAS Srl as Country Head, where he led transformative initiatives and expanded MAS’s reach within the Bangladesh market.
